Thank you for visiting my shop! I am the owner and designer of kimtown and I have been sewing fish extenders since 2007. In 2019 I created Cruise Fish Extenders and I am ready to make these adorable accessories, for you, that will complete your Disney Cruise Vacation adventure!

Once I receive your order and the information for the pockets/family name, I will send a mock-up, usually within 2 weeks (although often sooner and sometimes a little longer depending on busy season), where you’ll check the names, spelling, and mouse type and sign off that it’s correct.
Once this is approved NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE under any circumstances; please examine this carefully.

***Project timelines can vary greatly.
Custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the project; sometimes sooner, sometimes later; there may be other projects ahead of yours. Should you need an item quicker than I can put it in the order line and create it, CONTACT ME RIGHT AWAY so I can provide you with turnaround times. If you are wondering what the current turnaround time is, please feel free to contact me BEFORE you purchase.

If you are leaving for the holidays, a vacation etc ==>> ASK ME FIRST <<== so I can be sure I can create your order before you depart.
You can pay a rush fee should you need it sooner.

***Shipping
ALL Fish Extenders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. Once your order is shipped, I am no longer responsible for what happens in transit, or lack thereof.
FE Gifts are shipped First Class Mail with tracking unless you’ve ordered a Fish Extender, then everything will be shipped together. If you want to upgrade to Priority for these, you can do so by messaging me and I’ll set up a listing for you.
